Overview
The California Rural Legal Services is a non-profit law office located in Santa Barbara.  The law office clients are predominantly of low-income individuals who require assistance with legal documentation. 

Job Description
Interns are expected to produce many of the daily documents associated with legal services.  Interns who work with the California Rural legal services can expect to be involved with documents such as:
• Interoffice Memos
• Letters of Inquiry
• Letters of Action
• Case Briefs

Learning Experiences
• Legal Writing
• Legal Consulting
• Legal Research for past cases and precedents
