Sustainability Conference

UCSB is developing and implementing a campus sustainability plan that will sustain the natural and human habitats in and around the UC Santa Barbara campus. UCSB is also hosting UC/CSU/CCC schools to participate in an annual Sustainability Conference this June 25-28th, 2006, where discussion about a clear vision of what a sustainable campus community can look like takes place. This conference can help implement short-term decisions while taking action steps that are focused on a clear long-term strategy.
